Ticket Access and FAQs from our password-protected Web site (Extranet) puts support at your fingertips 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Online convenience through the Web allows you to search and view your organization's support ticket status, update existing tickets, and open new support requests for lower-priority issues. You also have access to a database of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for researching resolutions by product.

Security

Using the Extranet ensures that only key individuals, defined by each client organization, can manage organizational access. When clients are given access to the Extranet, they are automatically given access to certain applications. Certain application access is given based on a client's need to view information.

Requesting Access

If your organization has access to the Extranet, you will automatically get access to Ticket Access and FAQs. If your organization does not have access to the Extranet and would like to establish it, have your Security Officer contact Metavante Information Security.

To successfully manage your organization's use of the Extranet, your security officer (also referred to as Access Control Extension (ACE) Administrator), should serve as your point-person for any security questions and concerns.
