Frank Martire

President and Chief Executive Officer

Frank MartireFrank Martire joined Metavante in January 2003 as president, Financial Services Group, which includes the company's solution groups for Electronic Funds Transfer and Card, Customer Relationship Management, Financial Technology Services, Investment Technology Services, and Retirement Plan Services. He was named Metavante President and Chief Executive Officer on March 31, 2003.

Since July 2001, Martire served as president and chief operating officer for Call Solutions, a Waukesha, Wis.-based acquirer and integrator of specialized, one-to-one marketing services companies. For the 10 previous years, he was president and chief operating officer for the Financial Institution Systems and Services Group at Fiserv, Inc.

The group he led at Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv served banking, credit union and mortgage service providers and employed over 5,000 individuals. During his leadership there, Martire built annual revenue from approximately $110 million to over $650 million, serving clients in over 90 countries through operations in the United States, Europe, Asian-Pacific Rim, and Latin America.

Martire joined Fiserv through a merger with Citicorp Information Resources, Stamford, Conn., where he served as chairman and chief executive officer, helping the division grow through acquisitions and by overseeing its global sales operation. He joined the Citicorp unit through its merger with National Sharedata Corporation in 1983, where he was responsible for managing eight Midwest facilities-management operations.

Martire holds a master's degree in finance from the University of New Haven, Conn., and a bachelor of science degree in economics from Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Conn.

Frank D'Angelo

President and Chief Operating Officer, Payment Solutions Group

Frank D'AngeloFrank D'Angelo is president and chief operating officer of the Metavante Corporation Payments Solutions Group, and also serves on the company's Executive Committee. He is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and long-range growth of the Payments Solutions Group, which includes the EFT and Card, CSF, and Electronic Presentment and Payment divisions as well as its NYCE Corporation, Printing For Systems, and Response Data Corporation affiliates. D'Angelo serves as chief executive officer of Printing For Systems.

D'Angelo joined Metavante in 1997 as vice president and general manager of EFT and Card, and brought with him 28 years of financial services experience in operations and sales.

He spent 19 years with Diebold in senior management positions in sales, development, operations, product management, and information services operations. While with Diebold, he spent two years in Mexico as president and CEO of Diebold Mexico, a $50 million division.

Prior to joining Diebold, D'Angelo was with Burroughs Corporation, now Unisys, for 10 years and was active in product management, sales, sales development, and operational support.

Before joining Burroughs, he was in the US Air Force, where he spent four years on the Strategic Air Command computer technology staff. Prior to that, he spent two years with IBM developing advanced integrated circuits in the Components Division.

D'Angelo has a bachelor's degree in management from Walsh College in Canton, Ohio. He also has completed courses at the Wharton School of Business, Michigan State University, and Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

In 2004, he was elected chairman of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association.

Paul T. Danola

President and Chief Operating Officer, Financial Services Group

Paul T. DanolaPaul Danola is president and chief operating officer of the Metavante Corporation Financial Services Group, which includes the Financial Account Processing, Customer Relationship Management, and Investment Technology divisions as well as its Advanced Financial Solutions (AFS), Kirchman, Prime Associates and VECTORsgi affiliates. He has headed the group since May 2003, and serves on the company's Executive Committee. Danola also is a board member of the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization (ECCHO).

Before joining Metavante, Danola served as group president for Call_Solutions, a Waukesha, Wis.-based acquirer and integrator of specialized, one-to-one marketing services companies.

Prior to joining Call_Solutions, Danola was with Brookfield, Wis.-based Fiserv, Inc. for nine years. From 1998 to 2000 he was division president of the e-commerce division. Previously, he served for five years as president of the Fiserv credit union division and as president of the Summit Information System unit. Danola joined Fiserv through its 1991 merger with Citicorp Information Resources, Stamford, Conn., where he served in a variety of capacities, including director of strategic planning and business development, corporate product marketing manager, and regional sales manager. In addition, Danola helped to establish Fiserv's international bank business in the Asia/Pacific and Eastern regions, and also helped to expand the U.S. bank outsourcing market for its software-based solution.

Danola completed executive management studies at Columbia University and New York University, where he also completed his undergraduate studies.

Jamie Geschke

Executive Vice President

Jamie GeschkeJamie Geschke is executive vice president of the Financial Technology Services and Customer Relationship Management divisions for Metavante Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for establishing the strategic direction and long-range growth of the Financial Technology Services and Customer Relationship Management divisions. He also serves on the company's Executive Committee.

Geschke joined Metavante in 1984 and has been active in product development, network operations, technology support, and customer relations. Prior to this position, he served as manager of production technology and networks. Geschke also managed the production control center and various customer relationship solutions during his tenure.

He has an extensive background in sales, client services, conversions, and development functions within investment technology solutions, as well as customer systems, production operations, and information technology.

Geschke has a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.

Michael D. Hayford

Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Michael D. Hayford Michael Hayford is senior executive vice president and chief financial officer of Metavante Corporation. He has served as CFO since 2001. Hayford oversees the Finance, Risk Management, Business Development, and Facilities functions at Metavante. He also serves on the company's Executive Committee.

Hayford began his career with Metavante in 1992 as head of operations and was promoted to general manager and chief information officer in 1993. Since then, he has held various positions with Metavante, including general manager of the financial products group, with responsibility for application development.

Prior to joining Metavante, Hayford spent 10 years with Andersen Consulting LLP, the business and technology consulting company now known as Accenture. He was responsible for managing a number of large system integration projects, including the design and development of a worldwide training program for all Accenture new hires.

Hayford holds a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business and a bachelor's degree in accounting and computer science from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. Hayford also is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brian C. Hurdis

Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Brian C. Hurdis Brian Hurdis is executive vice president and chief information officer for Metavante Corporation, and serves on the company's Executive Committee and sponsors the company's Technology Committee. He is responsible for operations and service delivery, including production and network operations, technical support, technology infrastructure, and corporate systems. Promoted to executive vice president in 2004, Hurdis has been responsible for operations and service delivery since 2001.

Hurdis is a 20-year banking and technology veteran. He joined Metavante in 1999 as vice president of technology operations and architecture for the company's e-finance solutions.

Before joining Metavante, Hurdis served as senior vice president and director of network and computer operations for Firstar Corporation, responsible for all data center operations and technical support. He joined Firstar in 1981 as a programmer, subsequently holding a number of positions in software development, technology, architecture, and computer operations.

Hurdis has a bachelor's degree in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Gary Nelson

President of AFS

Gary NelsonAs co-founder and President of Advanced Financial Solutions (AFS), a Metavante company, and one of the world's leading providers of software for payment and transaction systems, Mr. Nelson brings 25 years of technology and business experience to the company. Under his leadership, AFS has been selected to the prestigious INC 500 four years in a row. Nelson attributes the success of AFS to "the best people, products, and innovation in the marketplace."

Nelson is a Metavante executive vice president a member of the Metavante Corporation Executive Committee. Metavante acquired AFS on July 1, 2004.

Ernst & Young honored Nelson in July 2001 as their technology Entrepreneur of the Year for the Southwest United States. He serves on the following Board of Directors: The University of Oklahoma CMISS (Center for Management Information System Studies); Oklahoma Technology Development Corporation; Oklahoma Technology Executives Association; Governor's State of Oklahoma Technology Council; and Vice Chairman of the State Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to AFS, Nelson held positions with Liberty National Bank and Trust in Oklahoma City, IBM/ICC Corporation, Computer Field Specialists (CFS), Recognition International (REI Dallas), and the United States Navy.

A native Oklahoman, Mr. Nelson resides in Norman. He is a founder and principal of AFS.

Gary A. Refinski

Executive Vice President

Gary A. RefinskiGary Refinski is Metavante Corporation executive vice president responsible for eBanking, conversions, and professional services. He also serves on the company's Executive Committee.

Gary has been with Metavante since 1983, beginning his career as a development programmer. He has held a variety of management positions during his tenure at Metavante, both in the development and the sales support areas.

Gary is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, earning a major in Business Administration and Management Information Systems. He has also attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He currently serves on the board of Dominican High School and has held board positions for other local community groups.
